Description and Requirements

As the Chief of Staff to the Executive Director of Global Sustainability Services , you will collaborate closely with her, taking on a pivotal role in executing a myriad of tasks essential for propelling our business forward efficiently. Your responsibilities will span a diverse range, from in-depth research and data analysis to crafting insightful reports and recommendations and fostering seamless coordination between internal departments and external entities. Operating as a key component in our management team, you will contribute on strategy formation & implementation, business analytics & insights & key stakeholder management. 

This role transcends mere administration; it is a highly strategic and facilitative position demanding a unique blend of focus, adaptability, and a proactive approach to communication. As the trusted advisor  this role requires strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and adept analytical and interpersonal skills. A customer-centric mindset is paramount, aligning priorities with customer needs and differentiating our offerings in a competitive landscape.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and manage the identification, prioritization, chartering, communication, and execution of key projects.
  • Monitor and drive key strategic actions to completion, managing the tracking and communication of performance against objectives.
  • Act as the primary interface for external groups, including customers and partners, as well as internal business units.
  • Collaborate on critical projects, business initiatives, and communications.
  • Provide support to the leader in day-to-day activities, including presentations to customers, executives, and other external audiences, as well as preparation for crucial meetings and business reviews.

Basic qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years in operations support roles in sustainability.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify and elucidate complex problems for stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of synthesizing extensive information from diverse sources to draw insightful conclusions.
  • Superior organizational skills and adept project/time management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to inspire others to achieve common objectives.
  • Keen business acumen, guiding strategic planning and offering recommendations for improvement.
  • Entrepreneurial and creative mindset, with the ability to devise solutions to challenges.
  • Ability to navigate organizational structures and build effective work relationships spanning various departments.
  • Emotional intelligence, flexible work style, and excellent diplomatic skills across all levels of the organization.



Lenovo’s hybrid work model provides the option to work up to 2 days remotely and the remainder of the week in office.
