Solution Architect - Sustainability Solution Designer（IT Asset Recovery / Sustainability領域）

Sustainability Solution Designer（ソリューションアーキテクト）は、Lenovoの営業チーム、Growth Team、PMO（Project Management Office）、技術サポート、お客様と密接に連携し、ソリューション提案段階からプロジェクト計画・立ち上げまでを円滑につなぐ役割を担います。

本ポジションでは、主にIT資産回収サービス（Asset Recovery Services / ITAD）において、お客様が事業目標を達成しながら、使用終了となるIT資産の価値を最大限に引き出せるよう、包括的かつ革新的でコスト効率の高いソリューションを設計します。

また、RFP（提案依頼書）やRFQ（見積依頼書）、およびサービス部門やハードウェア営業チームから共有される案件情報を評価し、お客様の要件を満たす最適なソリューションを開発します。

このポジションでは、顧客に対して付加価値、ROI（投資対効果）、およびTCO（総所有コスト）の削減を実現するための資産回収サービスソリューションを設計し、提案・説明する責任を担います。

主な業務内容

1. ソリューション設計・提案

• 社内チームおよびLenovoのパートナー企業と連携し、お客様の業務プロセスやIT環境を分析
• IT資産回収サービス（Asset Recovery Services）の専門知識を活用し、最適なソリューションを提案
• お客様要件をLenovoが提供可能なアーキテクチャおよびサービスへ落とし込む

2. セールス支援

• 営業が案件受注できるよう、ビジネスケースや提案資料を作成
• 提案価値やROIの算出・可視化
• 顧客向けプレゼンテーションの実施

3. アドバイザー業務

• IT資産回収サービスに関する専門家（SME）およびTrusted Advisorとして活動
• 顧客や社内ステークホルダーへの教育・啓発
• お客様の既存プロセスに対して改善提案を行う

4. 継続的な市場理解

• 業界動向
• サステナビリティ関連認証

• プリセールス、ソリューションアーキテクト、セールスのご経験をお持ちの方

• 電子機器のライフサイクル終了管理（End-of-Life Management）の知識をお持ちの方

• グローバルまたは複数地域に跨るプロセス改善経験

• ベンダーマネジメント経験

• ビジネスマネジメントシステム運営経験

• 大量データ（Big Data）を分析し、意思決定に活用できる能力

The Sustainability Solution Designer will work closely with the Lenovo sales team, Growth Team, Project Management Office and personnel as needed, technical support and the customer to ensure a smooth handover from solution phase to project planning, initiation and beyond. This position will develop comprehensive, innovative, and cost-effective solutions within the various asset recovery services initiatives to enable Lenovo’s customers to achieve their business goals while maximizing the valuation of their retiring assets. In addition, this position will also evaluate customer opportunities as presented in, RFPs/RFQs or engagements, from the Services and Hardware Sales teams and use this information to develop solutions to meet the customer’s requirements. This Sustainability Solution Designer will be responsible for developing and communicating creative asset recovery services solutions for customers to drive positive value-add, return-on-investments, and lower the total cost of ownership of their assets.  

High Level Tasks

• Collaborate with internal teams and Lenovo vendors to analyze customer processes and environments and provide asset recovery services expertise and overall solution recommendations.
• Translate the requirements into architecture & solutions delivered by Lenovo.
• Creates business case collateral to be leveraged to assist sales to close potential opportunities.
• Educate customers and internal stakeholders on asset recovery services. Engage as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on asset recovery services solutions.
• Challenge existing processes to ensure delivery of the best solution for the customer.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of certifications, technology, tools and toolsets in the industry.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Business equivalent.
• Must have experience in project management, product lifecycle management, customer and vendor contracting.
• Experience with electronic product end of life management.
• Experience with process improvements across multiple regions within an organization.
• Vendor management and running an effective business management system.
• Strong ability to produce, leverage and interpret big data sets and operationalize for decision making.
• Highly articulate and professional in both oral and written communication, as well as presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills to achieve desired result.
• Must have 7+ years’ experience in solution development, contract creation and negotiation, business development, project management and/or services operations experience.
• ITAD Experience nice to have
