We are looking for a Sustainability Solutions and Services Consultant to join our team and focus on the EMEA market.

The ideal candidate will have strong presentation skills, experience with customer interaction or sales, and be fluent in German or French. Proficiency in English is also required.


What You will do:

  • Lead Customer Meetings: Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to conduct customer meetings and deliver clear, effective presentations.
  • Develop Customer Solutions: Create customer-specific reports and decarbonization roadmaps, select and propose relevant sustainability solutions.
  • Utilize CO2 Measurement Tools: Leverage CO2 emissions measurement tools to provide insights and support, as well as live demos to customers.
  • Product and Marketing Collaboration: Work with Product Management and Marketing departments to align products and marketing strategies with customer needs.
  • Continuous Learning: Keep up to date on sustainability regulations and best practices as well as Lenovo portfolio developments and innovation in the sustainability space.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert: Act as the SME for Lenovo Sustainability Solutions, deliver internal presentations to sales teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to effectively deliver value to customers through Lenovo sustainability offerings.


What we expect from You:

  • Strong understanding of sustainability principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience customer and relationship management.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in German or French; proficiency in English is also required.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with sales teams in an IT services environment.
  • Comfortable with virtual conference platforms and presentations.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, able to effectively align solutions with broader company goals and measure impact
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.

FOR SLOVAKIA ONLY: 
Base gross monthly salary starts from 1 800 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also a variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
