Description and Requirements

商用大客户工作站营销高级主管:

岗位职责:

1.       负责大客户工作中4P整合营销整体策略的制定和推进以确保整体销售目标的达成和市场份额提升;

2.       根据产品portfolio和产品运作情况,制定阶段性产品市场推广策略和销售策略,实现产品对销售目标达成有力支撑;

3.       上游厂商和渠道资源的整合,构建联想大客户工作站产品的生态圈,提升品牌影响力;

4.       重点行业和重点客户的销售策略制定以及销售开拓支持资源管理:

5.       大客户工作站营销的整体运营管理,前后端信息和资源整合。

岗位要求:

1.       本科及以上学历

2.       5年以上整合营销经验,2年以上管理经验,了解PC/工作站行业现状及发展趋势

3.       具备IT硬件厂商总部营销管理岗位工作经验优先

4.       具备商用业务营销经验优先

5.       具备优秀的资源整合和沟通协调能力

6.       具备良好的抗压能力、风险预估能力和应变能力
