Description and Requirements

Lenovo Services is expanding its team and seeking a dynamic Global Tablet Services Business Manager to grow services revenue on Android Tablets. 
The Tablet Services Business Manager will be responsible to implement and roll out the Services Strategy for Android Tablet Services in Consumer, SMB, and Relationship business segments. S/he will implement and roll out the Services strategy.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Establish and drive a Business Management System to track regional Services opportunities and performance in North America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and the Asia Pacific 
  • Support the adoption of enhanced tools to increase the attach of services. Collate and consolidate new requirements from the region with regards to tools and continuous process improvement
  • Operational support to the Geo-Services Sales organizations segment leaders to grow services upsell pipeline, including bundled services, up/cross-selling, and after the point of sale 
  • Identify and leverage training, marketing, the program needs to capitalize on Services awareness
  • Expand after point of sale revenue 
  • Leverage and share Best Practice across regions 
  • Be the point of contact between Services and the Android Tablets Business Unit to maximize Lenovo Services value proposition
  • Establish processes to upsell services at selected partnering retail stores 

Experience /Skills /Competencies Required: 
  • 7+ years of retail/SMB/relationship sales/marketing 
  • Experience working with global teams, across cultural and time differences
  • Proven experience with consumer electronics sales and/or marketing. Knowledge of Services sales is a plus 
  • An assertive
  •  individual with a go-get attitude. S/he will stay motivated to overcome obstacles Bachelor’s degree required
