We are looking Taiwan ISG Country Manager

Position Requirements: Responsibility:

• Plan, develop and facilitate execution on specific territory and opportunity plans in support of company goals and quota objectives

• Build relationships at a senior level with decision-makers and influencers in some of the world’s most complex organizations

• Identify opportunities for new customer attainment, win-backs, new business and revenue growth with existing end user accounts and channel partners.

• Develop penetrating sales strategies for profit and pricing proposals

• Maintain good CxO level coverage and be able to co-ordinate with various parties (internal and channel partners)

 Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Technology


 1. 20 years+ Enterprise account management experience with proven records.

2. Drive KASMB QtQ / YtY growth and build ecosystem foundation with commitment.

3. IT Industry reputation and solid relationship with ISV/IHV.

4. PnL management and BMS review skills.

5. People management and motivation capability.

6. Lead mega deal engagement and E2E win practice to demonstrate for ISG TW team.

7.Role model to sharpen/enhance ISG TW sales competitiveness in the market.

8. Familiar with Lenovo ISG process and earn credit from BU key stakeholders.

9. High-Tech/Semiconductor industry knowledge to grow Taiwan MFG sales addressable market aggressively.

10. Ready to develop 24-month business & team expansion plan.
