Description and Requirements

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Researcher to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition Team. 
You will be building and implementing sourcing strategies to support EMEA hiring for Lenovo Services & Solutions Group. 
You will help us to hire diverse roles from junior IT positions to Senior Sales Executives or Solution Architects. 

Your Responsibilities will be to: 
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition members or Hiring Managers to understand open roles and candidate requirements 
  • Source passive candidates and interact with potential candidates via phone, email, social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Xing).
  • Create talent pools for current and future hiring needs Join professional network groups to interact with potential candidates 
  • Promote our employer brand on online and offline platforms. 
  • Research alternative sourcing techniques and tools 
  • Map potential markets/companies and provide ‘on demand’ talent pool research and analysis 
  • Maintain applicant databases through our Applicant Tracking System and follow up with the applicants in a timely manner 
  • Build positive relationships with potential candidates in regards of future job opportunities 

What do we need you to know? 
  • To do this job well you need to know where to look for good talent. 
  • You are curious about new sourcing methods and technologies; you enjoy communication and professional networking and you are very persistent in looking for the best talent. 

Our minimum requirements are: 
  • At least 1-year experience in similar role using social networking tools (LinkedIn, Xing) Knowledge of searching tactics eg Boolean and X-Ray Search (at least you Google it before the interview) 
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills, any additional language is a plus 
  • Negotiation and sales skills (so we know you are not afraid of challenges) 
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills (because that’s how we like to work) 
  • Ability to set priorities and take action facing competing demands (because we want you to work independently)

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 1.250 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
