The Talent Spark Program is an 24-month initiative designed to develop early-career talents from diverse academic backgrounds into future leaders and industry experts. This program aims to nurture emerging minds and fuel the sustainable growth of the industry. Through immersive training, hands-on projects, and mentorship from seasoned experts, we aim to cultivate well-rounded tech professionals who are ready to drive transformation for our clients.

You will:

1. Solution & Product Understanding

• Build a foundational understanding of company solutions, projects, and product portfolio.
• Understand what each solution does, its main components, and common use cases.
• Continuously develop knowledge of new products, solutions, and market trends.

2.      Pre‑Sales Support

• Support the pre‑sales team in tender bidding activities.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and solution documents.
• Participate in customer meetings to support requirements gathering and analysis.
• Assist in solution positioning based on customer needs and business objectives.

3.      Solution Design & Recommendation

• Apply portfolio and solution knowledge to design and analyze suitable solutions.
• Support senior consultants in recommending solutions aligned with customer requirements.
• Identify gaps and opportunities in customer requirements.

You bring:

• Bachelor / Master Degree in Business related, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering and Data Science disciplines, with a good knowledge and awareness in IT industry trends, and less than 2 years of full-time working experience.
• Outspoken and aggressive with strong commitment to deliver excellent results.
• Strong interest in reinvent ideas to make changes and improvements.
• Attention to details and excellent execution skills.
• Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
