Description and Requirements



We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Product Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of global tax-related financial systems. This role sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and product management, driving end-to-end product lifecycle initiatives from concept (0–1) through implementation and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen, technical understanding, and cross-functional collaboration skills to deliver scalable, user-centric financial solutions in a global environment.


Key Requirements


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (preferred).


Experience

  • 3+ years of experience as a Financial Product Engineer

  • Solid understanding of global tax concepts and financial management principles.

  • Familiarity with global tax management methodologies.

  • Proven experience building at least one financial system from scratch (0–1 experience).

  • Experience working in an internet/technology-driven company is preferred.

  • Familiarity with large-scale enterprise system architecture; experience with SAP is a strong plus.
