Description and Requirements

Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solutions Group, Telco segment, is seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect. The Sr. Solution Architect will engage with key partners and customer and develop next generation Telecom solutions creating value with our partners and solving complex problems for our customers. The Sr. Solutions Architect Strong contributor in Lenovo Telco roadmap and active voice of our customers into our organization.

You  are going to be part of Lenovo global team , reporting to: Director, Telco Business Development


What will you do (Your responsibility):

  • Outstanding communication skills

  • Highly collaborative work style with proven ability to gather consensus and take decisive and timely actions
  • Thorough understanding of datacenter and edge computing technologies
  •  Experience working with central DC and edge computing hardware and management software
  • Hands-on knowledge of Virtualization and Container technologies (VMWare, KVM, RHEL Containers, Red Hat OpenShift, etc.)
  • Hand-on Experience developing Telecom solutions (5G, MEC, O-RAN, Telco Cloud, etc.)
  • In-depth expertise and credibility with technologies such as: Networking, Cloud orchestration tools, server, storage & network virtualization, and datacenter/edge computing operations and virtualization
  • Engage key partners with Lenovo Telecom solutions
  • Participate in RFP process securing our leadership in key deals
  • Strong active relationships with Global Telecom customers
  • Strong sales acumen to develop & execute a plan for globally
  • In-depth expertise on partner programs and strategies to help grow the eco-system
  • Ability to operate within a complex, dynamic and autonomous environment
  • 7+ years of relevant IT expertise
  • Ability to gain credibility and become a trusted source for internal and external customers
