Description and Requirements

Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) is seeking a Test Engineer – Campus Hire to join our Product Assurance team. This entry‑level position is designed for recent graduates who are eager to begin a career in technology and systems testing.

In this role, you will support validation activities for Lenovo ThinkSystem servers, firmware, and related software. You will learn industry‑standard testing methodologies, work hands‑on with server hardware, and collaborate with development teams to help ensure product quality.

This is a great opportunity for candidates who are passionate about technology and excited to grow their skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute test plans on Lenovo servers
  • Document defects and test results accurately
  • Assist with basic network/SAN setup
  • Support server configuration (hardware assembly/disassembly)
  • Identify and suggest automation opportunities
  • Work with development teams during debug activities
  • Learn and explore new technologies as part of ongoing development
