Description and Requirements

Target Start Date is Summer 2022.

Lenovo is seeking a Planning Project Manager at the Morrisville, NC office. The Planning Project Manager is an exciting leadership position that combines the creativity of working with a worldwide team developing ThinkPad Notebook offerings and small business experience of working with the sales team to enable offering computers to customers. The Planning Project Manager is responsible to drive End to End data releases, including enablement of the order systems. 

What You Will Do

* Drive E2E data release enablement and order system readiness 
* Support ODT Lead in product execution Led simultaneous projects in parallel 
* Be fully accountable for data enablement and source records (including POR/T1/CSR/ 
* Create Offering Definition and Technical Specs documents from multiple source documents 
* Work directly with DEV, Cost, and EC teams to drive bill of material enablement Responsible for ensuring 
* Sales configuration systems are enabled for launch Work directly with GEOs and IT teams on problem resolution 
* Ensure all product change requests are captured and reflected in BOM and IT systems.
* Actively manage Smart Launch Timelines and downstream enablement functions 
* Manage Key date tracking and update Offering Core Team 
* Lead 100%  NB BU process adherence 
* Supervise IT systems to ensure business transformation projects are enabled 

You Definitely Have:

* Bachelor's Degree in a technical field

It Would Be Nice If You Have:

* Ability to work with cross-functional teams 
* Basic understanding of Personal Computer technology 
* Good knowledge of Project Management methods and terminology
