Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

一、云服务运营管理

· 负责客户Token云服务的账号开通、权限配置、服务启用及生命周期管理

· 配合业务与产品团队，完成服务上线、变更、下线等运营动作

· 管理用户使用过程中的运营问题，如额度、权限、服务状态等

二、计费与账单管理

· 负责Token服务的计费数据处理、账单生成与账单准确性校验

· 跟进客户账单确认、差异处理与回款流程

· 维护计费规则（Token计量、套餐/按量/包量逻辑等）的落地执行

三、价格与产品运营支持

· 协助制定与维护Token服务价格体系（如单价、套餐包、折扣策略）

· 支持产品进行价格管理

· 参与产品迭代过程中的运营规则设计（计费方式、套餐设计等）

四、对账与业财协同

· 负责客户、供应商及内部部门之间的对账与结算工作

· 配合财务完成发票处理、收入确认、成本分摊等工作

· 跟进合同审批、订单处理及相关运营流程

五、数据与运营分析

· 定期输出云服务运营报表（使用量、收入、成本、客户活跃度等）

· 建立并维护业务数据台账，支持业务决策

· 识别运营中的异常数据（费用、Token使用等）

六、合规与风险控制

· 确保Token服务在数据合规、计费合规、合同合规方面符合公司与监管要求

· 配合内部审计或外部合规检查

· 建立标准化运营流程与规范

岗位要求：

  1. 具备云服务或相关互联网产品运营经验，熟悉账号管理、服务生命周期运营等核心流程。
  2. 了解计费结算、账单管理相关逻辑，具备基础的财务对账或数据处理意识，能精准处理计费相关工作。
  3. 具备良好的跨部门协同能力，能有效对接业务、产品、财务等团队，推动运营事项落地。
  4. 拥有较强的问题解决能力，能快速响应并处理用户使用过程中的各类运营问题，具备异常数据识别与分析能力。
