Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1. 设计、开发并维护高可用、高扩展性的云原生后端服务及配套前端管理平台，持续优化系统架构与用户体验。

2. 基于微服务架构设计和开发 API 接口，提供高性能、高安全性的数据服务能力，满足业务增长需求。

3. 构建高并发、高可用的数据接收与处理管道，保障来自 Web、App、小程序等多终端用户行为及反馈数据的实时采集、准确处理与低延迟存储。

4. 支持数据分析与可视化场景建设，提升数据流转效率和业务洞察能力。

5. 监控并保障云服务的稳定性、安全性及整体性能，参与故障定位、问题排查及应急响应工作。

6. 设计并实现 AI Agent（智能体）相关功能，包括基于大语言模型的对话交互、自主任务规划与执行、工具调用等能力建设。

7. 结合业务需求，将 AI Agent 能力应用于问卷调研、实验分析、用户画像等场景，推动智能化能力落地。

岗位要求：

1. 具备云原生应用开发经验，能够独立完成后端服务设计、开发、部署与维护工作。

2. 熟悉微服务架构设计理念及 API 开发实践，具备高性能、高可用系统建设经验。

3. 具备大规模数据处理相关经验，能够设计和优化高并发数据采集、传输及处理链路。

4. 熟悉云服务运维与监控体系，具备系统性能优化、故障排查及稳定性保障能力。

5. 具有良好的系统架构设计能力，能够兼顾系统的可扩展性、安全性和可维护性。

6. 了解或具备 AI Agent、大语言模型应用开发经验，熟悉对话系统、任务编排或工具调用等相关技术方向。

7. 具备良好的沟通协作能力和问题解决能力，能够与跨职能团队高效合作，共同推动项目落地。
