Join our growing Mid-Market team as our new Inside Sales Representative!
As part of our successful end-user team, you will be responsible for directly engaging with potential new customers and managing indirect fulfilment through our Channel business partners. You’ll already have established relationships within the IT Channel – end-users, resellers, and distribution - to ensure the smooth acquisition of net new customers. You’ll have a consultative approach to solution selling being able to identify, quantify and close new business.
You’ll have great communication skills being able to uncover, engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities include:
· Using business intelligence tools to prospect and find new opportunities.
· Being the main point of contact for your customers - you build relationships of trust by providing proactive follow-up, product information, and overall account support via telephone and email to achieve sales results.
· Creating customer loyalty through intelligent conversations and becoming a trusted advisor.
· Configuring products and prices and negotiating to support Lenovo’s revenue and margin performance and maximize our customer satisfaction.
· Close cooperation with our Channel teams and their business partners to facilitate new customer leads and deliver profitable growth across your account base
· Work collaboratively with other teams in Lenovo to achieve common revenue and profit goals
· Providing regular account, performance and forecasting reports on your territory, and business planning vs the target organization.
Your skillset:
· Tenacious, curious, and highly persuasive, delivering outstanding results against targets.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to build a friendly rapport with customers.
· A team player with good interpersonal skills who can communicate well internally and externally at all levels of the business.
· Ability to be flexible and able to deliver bespoke solutions to meet customer needs.
· Proficient in excel, word, outlook, and CRM systems.
· Articulate, cooperative, and able to build trustworthy beneficial partner relationships to achieve mutual business growth
· A proven track record of IT sales experience would be a plus.
