Description and Requirements

As our new Channel Sales Specialist, you will activate new partners and take them to the next level of sales success, combining the power of Lenovo’s PC and Data Center Business Unit. What tasks await you?

  • You embrace the full Lenovo 360 product portfolio ranging from PC- and PC-related products up to our data center solutions and work with your counterparts at our Distributors to identify new channel partners for these products.  

  • You build up and maintain a successful Face to Face relationship to the relevant focal points within the teams of the distributor including managing and guiding them in terms of new and unmanaged partner. 

  • You own the reporting and tracking of the agreed actions to ensure a sustainable growth.  

  • You qualify the potential of the newly identified partners together with the distribution team 

  • You support Partners with no direct Sales support from Lenovo. 

  • You actively support the onboarding of the new channel partners. You’ll be their first contact person to guide them into Lenovo’s world and help them successfully doing business with us. This includes for example education in our sales processes and support tools.  

  • You orchestrate internally and with the distributors and partners where the expertise of our product specialist teams is needed and with internal support functions like financing, supply chain etc. 

  • You will be reporting to the Sales Manager Distribution Infrastructure Group.  


  • Bachelor degree in marketing, business, engineering or comparable subject 

  • Previous experience in sales enablement or a sales role

  • Ideally you bring along with yourself experience and network in the German Channel landscape 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills effectively both oral and written and both: German and English 

  • Strength in working with different IT tools yourself but also a strength to share your experience and enable others 

  • Solid planning, analytical and soft skills, being able to work and adapt in a fluid, fast-paced environment. 

  • Availability to travel to a certain degree (depending on events)
