岗位职责：

1、  负责联想全球VMware平台的架构设计，实施部署，运维，故障处理等；

2、  负责联想全球VMware平台的性能优化，基线设定，运维规范等标准输出；

3、  保障联想全球服务器、VMware平台正常运行。

• 精通VMware VCPP/ VCF等平台的架构设计、实施部署、运维、故障处理等；
• 精通VMware vSphere/VSAN/NSX/Horizon/VCD/VRA/VRO/ vCloud Availability/VMware Usage Meter等产品；
• 熟悉Veeam/ Cohesity等备份产品的实施部署，运维，故障处理等；

4.    熟悉Linux系统的实施部署，运维，故障处理等；

5.    熟悉Linux下 LVS、HAproxy、keepalive、HAE、RHCS、Corosync、pacemaker 等负载均衡或集群系统；

6.    有100台以主宿主机的VMware虚拟平台或涉及多个VMware产品的复杂架构的VMware平台运维工作经验；

7.    熟悉系统及平台的架构设计、故障分析处理、系统调优、健康检查、安全修复等；

8.    熟悉ansible、shell、python、 Perl至少一种脚本的使用，可以独立完整运维脚本编写，实现运维自动化；

9.    熟悉服务器硬件，对多个服务器厂商的硬件管理，运维及维修有一定的经验；

10.    有存储技术、网络技术、容器技术、Openstack等技术栈的经验；

11.    具备良好的英文书写及沟通能力；

12.    有Exchange的实施部署，运维，故障处理能力优先；

13.    有部署和管理 AD/DNS 运维经验优先；

14.    有VCP、RHCE等认证优先。
