Description and Requirements

岗位职责:
1.紧密跟踪市场及行业的大趋势,制定相应的短、中、长期业务策略
2.制定销售目标、和执行计划
3.赋能、激励业务团队不断挑战业务发展新高度
4.建立系统性的业务运行支撑体系,确保业务运行进展的可视性和可预测性
5.完善生态建设,建立和厂商、经销商、服务提供商,及行业研究机构、教学机构、咨询机构等组织的紧密合作
任职要求:
1.10年以上企业级软件产品销售经验,销售团队管理经验,具有较强的领导力
2. 有创新意识和自我挑战意愿,对市场有深厚的理解和洞察力,不断挖掘市场机会。
3.诚信正直,具有很强的开拓精神,积极努力,能够承受一定业务压力
4.具有良好的职业道德和团队精神,保守公司商业机密。
