Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking a NA Consumer Sales VP. The consumer sales leader is responsible for solution sales strategy and execution, people leadership, and commercial growth for the Lenovo Consumer Brand. The Leader of Consumer Sales will represent Lenovo in all selling aspects with clients such as Best Buy, Costco, Amazon and Walmart. They will need a strong personal brand to build senior-level, trusted-advisor relationships with new and current clients. They will lead and drive their sales teams to develop new relationships and nurture existing business with our brand partners across the U.S. This critical role will be at the forefront of driving growth in B2C Markets. Must be able to work in a virtual team setting to coordinate the appropriate resources to meet varying client requirements. This will include account managers, account executives, solution consultants and implementation/service resources to generate new opportunities and greater share of wallet with clients. Demonstrated track record of successful new business generation and “solution selling” • Deep understanding of market dynamics, challenges, trends and operations. A stellar reputation and referenced credibility as a trusted advisor with key clients and decision-makers within the industry. • Strong knowledge of the industry processes, compliance/regulations, and areas of opportunity. • Client-focused with demonstrated success developing and implementing strategies to enhance the client experience • Track record of building and maintaining strategic relationships with senior client and industry leaders • Ability to navigate complex and matrix organizations to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results • Strong financial and analytical acumen
