Description and Requirements

WS - GAB Automotive Specialist focusing on selected automotive accounts.

■About the organization and team

Own the mission of business development and sales expansion of assigned workstation products and solution via the relationship with high-touch sales for the Global Account Business (GAB). Workplace is negotiable either in Tokyo, Osaka or Nagoya area.

■Role

- Developing and driving quarterly/yearly business development plan for GAB automotive customers.
- Strategic planning and execution for sales goal achievement and growth of assigned WS product and solution.
- Pipeline and opportunity management of WS products and solution for assigned GAB automotive customer accounts.


■Key Interaction with:

High touch sales for GAB automotive customers, partner sales, technical sales, and product marketing.


■Business Trip (Location, frequency):

1-2 times a week for assigned accounts Japan nation wide.


■Career Path:

WS Automotive Specialist and Business development (BDM role) skill can be extended to various possibilities (management roles such as Sales GM/Product/Project Manager and others) in future.
 

■Must Have – essential

5 years or more account sales, solution sales, or business development experience in PC or/and enterprise products such as server / workstation / storage systems.
- Ability to contribute to business promotion and expansion of products with collaboration with internal and external partners to promote with competitive differentiation & out of box solution
Fluent in Japanese and Business English skill-set is necessary.

- Must currently reside in Japan.


■Good to have - desirable
- Relationship in automotive customers.
- Experience in channel and commercial products.
- Knowledge of industry-specific application / solution such as automotive, design production, civil engineering construction, health care, etc., business experiences.
- Presentation skills to CxO, Management.
- Business acumen with driving QBR, partner review, weekly business review meeting

■Work location: Akihabara Tokyo, Osaka or Nagoya
