Description and Requirements

Would you like to work with various Geos on channel data? Do you have experience working on analytics performance, identifying the trend & challenges?  

In this role you will become a part of our Worldwide (WW) team to support our Commercial Smart Devices Solutions Channel. You will work on channel data management and quarterly reports for Channel reviews. You will be our expert on channel BMS data and review set ups. Overall you will drive data and management of reviews. You will report to our Global Channel Strategy & Development Director and cooperate with stakeholders across the whole world.

What else is waiting for you in this role?

Contract repository management and maintenance

  • Management of contracts/agreements in terms of digitization and maintenance
  • Regular review on process and setup with Legal to bridge any gaps
  • On-boarding process implementation and guidance management

Channel Trainings Reporting and analytics

  • Work with the WW LMS team on portal training reports
  • Analytics and dashboard creation of reports 

Partner portal Alignment with WW team on Solutions Channel

  • End to End Management of partner portals from Regular update, Change, Query and Dashboard aspect in connection with the WW team for the Expert segment
  • Regular education/training sessions internally and externally on LMS and tools usage
  • Analytics on various tool usages and feedbacks (LBPe/CTO/Reco)
  • Gamification of the Expert certification


What do we expect from you?

  • 5 – 8 years of working experience in analytics/data/operations
  • Experience in channel
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge of Lenovo Operations tools & processes is a plus
