Description and Requirements

The Lenovo Global Commercial Marketing team is looking for an experienced Campaign manager to develop, implement, track and optimize multiple marketing campaigns and programs across various marketing channels and tactics globally.  You will be tasked with developing marketing initiatives aimed at driving awareness of – and consideration for – Lenovo products with Commercial Large Enterprise customers. This key role supports the WW Commercial organization, collaborating across multiple teams to understand business and marketing objectives.

We are looking for candidates with proven expertise in defining content strategy and messaging architecture, drawing on audience and industry insights. Our ideal candidate will have experience executing and measuring 360-degree, global marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on modern digital media formats.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with marketing and business leaders to translate business goals and objective into meaningful marketing campaigns and programs that deliver on stated goals
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate the product and solutions messaging into compelling customer engagement campaigns that can scale across various regions and markets
  • Define clear campaign blueprints and briefs, clearly identifying the target audience, campaigns goals and next steps to execute on them
  • Lead the development of media strategy, content, creative development, and agency management; working with the agency and internal teams to manage campaign asset creation, including digital/social, email, and web experience.
  • Own campaign performance by measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the impact of campaign activities; Work with the marketing operations team to set up and manage campaign performance KPIs, providing top level and deep insight reporting.
** This position can be remote, East Coast time zone preferred**

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience in Marketing or relevant field
  • 5+ years of B2B Marketing experience for a hardware and/or technology company  
  • Demonstrated understanding of the B2B audience 
  • Experience building integrated go-to-marketing strategies and marketing campaigns
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills working in a global, highly collaborative work environment
  • Experience working with creative agencies to produce digital, social, and thought leadership assets
  • Work with regional teams to adapt campaigns for local markets

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Past experience working with global teams
  • Past experience creating partner marketing campaigns
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with both internal and external customers
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to operate on a wide range of topics and projects at one time
  • Strong analytical and quantitative compatibility to determine campaign effectiveness and impact
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively, but also have exceptional attention to detail
