The WW ISG Marketing Campaign Manager is part of the Worldwide Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) Marketing team and reports to the Director, WW Solutions Marketing. As a campaign manager, you will serve as the primary marketing liaison into segment and business units, focusing on services-led Infrastructure campaigns, offerings, messaging, enablement, customer value prop, and deliverables. You will develop compelling and differentiated content and messaging supporting ISG infrastructure services offerings, launches, and demand generation campaigns, including but not limited to customer case studies, webinars, eBooks, briefings, white papers, whiteboard sessions, podcasts, and videos.
You are the marketing subject matter expert for the ISG Infrastructure Services domain, who formulates our marketing campaign strategy and plan. You will need to consider and comprehend competitive offerings, market trends, customer pain points, partners, and routes to market, including direct, channel, and ISVs , while formulating an integrated marketing plan.
Primary responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
- Provide marketing to support services-led-ISG campaigns and offerings, including the development of compelling messaging, value proposition, competitive differentiation, and Go to Market strategies
- Develop, monitor, and track marketing success via a set of agreed KPIs and communicate progress to executive management
- Serve as the ISG Marketing Campaign expert for the Infrastructure Services, and build out a robust Go to Market Strategy and Plan with the services business unit
- Conduct regular interlocks with Business Unit Leads and senior management to ensure our GTM and RTM is communicated, funded, executed, and approved Primary responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
- 8-10yrs of experience
- Proven technical marketing experience supporting SMB(small to medium sized business)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Communications or relevant field
- Demonstrable experience building effective GTM plans
- MBA
