Description and Requirements

Position Description:

As a part of Lenovo SSG (Services Solution Group) the WW Services Project Manager will lead projects for the creation, enhancement, and expansion of Support Services across geographies and as well as Lenovo solutions. This position requires the individual to be a part of an Offerings Development Team and work efficiently and effectively with Service Delivery, Procurement, Operations, Geography Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance team members and Partners to deliver leadership offerings on-time an in scope.

This role requires a dynamic thought leader who is comfortable and effective at influencing across worldwide, and regional leadership teams to ensure the product requirements, business objectives, and P&L targets are met.

The candidate should have 3+ years of experience in a combination of IT Technology, Services, and Project Management. This candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate verbally and in writing with stakeholders at all levels.

Position Requirements:
* Expected to analyze and manage project detail while simultaneously aligning the "big picture" project priorities with the priorities of the company and customer.
* Manages multiple transformation projects simultaneously
* Identifies project problems (and/or risks) in advance
* Achieves schedules/milestones, ensure accuracy and quality of business analysis
* Drives continuous process improvement
* Strong analytical skillset & Strong communication and presentation skills
* Collaborative approach & ability to influence across the organization

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree required
* 3+ years of IT technology, and/or client device services experience
* 2+ years of project management or similar experience, service delivery experience a plus
* Executive-level communication & presentation skills
* Experience working with global teams and conducting business internationally
* PMP certificate is a plus
