Description and Requirements

You'll be responsible for:
  • Managing the Service Sales Registration program and Registration support for EMEA making sure Lenovo systems are updated with correct warranty entitlements and the upgrade/extension products are registered 
  • Drive team’s service speed and quality, customer experience, cost effectiveness and improve relationships with Lenovo customers. 
  • Continue Services Sales Registration improvement so that we deliver excellent business partner´s and customer´s satisfaction in this area
  • Register warranty upgrades on customer demand - these are sent via the web form into Microsoft Dynamics; amend the base warranties, warranty transfers, etc.
  • Solve customer's problems with high quality and with sense of urgency
  • Process bulk files in a timely manner
  • Close cooperation with: 
    End Customers, Business Partners, Distributor, Warranty registration Wicresoft support team, Sales Service Center, 
    Customer Fulfillment team
You'll report to EMEA Warranty & Registrations Manager.


  • Written and verbal English communication skills, other European language is an advantage
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Escalation Management
  • Ability to work with various software packages (e.g. MS Office) 
  •  Outlook, SAP skills are an advantage
  • Able to work on your own initiative to strict deadlines
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Previous experience in a Customer facing environment would be advantageous
  • Understanding of customer´s needs

B    Base gross monthly salary from 1350 EUR, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings.
