Description and Requirements

Coordinate the team activity in order to achieve performance metrics. Facilitate team meetings using appropriate brainstorming, problem solving, decision making, and project planning techniques. Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort. Facilitate ongoing self-evaluation of the team’s effectiveness. Manage team conflicts so that problems are resolved constructively. Control performance rates and develop action plans to work on development opportunities. Requirements - Strong organizational and project management skills - Effective time management - Energy and enthusiasm in driving for results - Collaborative and autonomous - The candidate should be able to communicate proficiently in English
