Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1、本岗位核心聚焦OS后台开发、系统底层机制研发、机器学习算法落地融合，后台常驻程序、系统驱动配套，软硬件结合优化程序研发，深耕Linux或Windows底层运行原理，同时依托机器学习算法赋能后台数据处理、智能分析、异常识别、自动化决策等能力。

2、负责系统架构设计、PC性能优化及稳定性迭代，持续完善系统底层能力，解决系统底层兼容、高并发运行等核心技术问题。

3、独立完成机器学习算法选型、训练、调优与本地化部署，打通底层系统与算法的联动链路，解决算法后台高效推理等技术问题。

岗位要求：

1、本科及以上，3年以上操作系统底层开发经验，能独立落地后台服务，有机器学习Windows部署经验优先。

2、精通C++和Rust C, 熟练Linux或Windows底层原理，精通OS系统服务或驱动开发，擅长崩溃排查、兼容与性能优化。

3、精通主流机器学习算法，能按业务场景独立选型、调优与改造算法。
