Description and Requirements

  • Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)
  • Good documentation skills
  • Should have an excellent customer handling skill
  • VMWare Infrastructure Administration and management
  • Installations for security patches, functional patches and version upgrades
  • Performance tuning of ESX server. Document support processes
  • Interact with Service desk supervision team for Verification of solutions. Maintain Compliance with Corporate Security Policies.
  • Security Policies: Work together with the security team, identify the server venerability issues and resolving them
  • Responsible for restoration of data. VMware ESX (from version 2.5 to the latest release)
  • Proficient on VMware technologies like:-VMware High-Availability, VMware Vmotion,  VMware DRS,
  • Provide 2nd level systems support
  • VCP, (Essential), ITIL (Would be added advantage)
