Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1、负责笔记本电脑的驱动开发和管理工作；

2、制定和维护驱动的规范，驱动开发，做差异化设计

3、评估驱动开发方案对项目的影响，风险管控；

4、管理IHV和ODM满足项目定义的技术需求和项目的时间需求;

5、驱动问题的分析和解决，领导和驱动相关部门对问题分析和制定解决方案，与多个部门合作解决复杂性问题，给出技术分析和指导。

6、项目开发管理，进度管控和风险评估。

岗位要求：

1、计算机、电子工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。5年以上驱动开发相关经验。

2、熟悉Windows/Linux驱动开发，具备相关开发经验。

3、了解硬件架构及驱动与系统的交互机制。

4、具备良好的项目管理能力和跨部门沟通协作能力。
