Description and Requirements

Do you aspire to become a part of the EMEA Commercial Marketing team of one of the world’s largest IT companies that chooses to be different and better? We are looking for an aspiring, high potential student helping us reaching our ambitious goals and becoming the driving force amplifying our One Lenovo solution message as well as our state-of-the art workstation portfolio to our commercial customers.

These are your detailed responsibilities:

  • Support the team in the planning and co-ordination of B2B workstation focused marketing campaigns and programs in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA)
  • Marketing Planning, Budget management and reporting support
  • Campaign asset and homepage handling as well as content and translation validation
  • Active support in event management
  • Co-ordination of local team alignments, meetings, webinars and further administrative tasks


You will report to the Head of Commercial Marketing EMEA supporting customers in Europe, Middle East and Africa and work closely with the EMEA Workstation Marketing Manager. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings.

What you’ll bring/ Position Requirements:

  • Ongoing studies in Business, Marketing, Communications, event management or similar (Bachelor or Master studies)
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English are a requirement, German and other language skills are a benefit
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office tools (esp Outlook, Powerpoint & Excel) is a requirement
  • Work experience in event management is a benefit
  • Knowledge of and first work experience with Content Management Tools (eg Drupal) as well as social media affinity are a benefit
