Description and Requirements

Workstation Product Engineer

Work with cross-functional teams (i.e.. development, product assurance, other support teams, etc.) to do technical analysis of the root cause of problems. Interact with customers to keep them in the loop of the ongoing technical resolution process. Reproduce customer field issues in the lab using lab equipment. Provide constant updates to the team and management of all the ongoing cases that are in queue. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issue that customers have reported. Once the final solution has been determined, work with extended teams within Lenovo to publish the solutions to the customer.


Masters Degree

1 or more years of relevant experience

Mechanical analytics; Technical root cause analysis; Original design manufacturer (ODM) and supplier collaboration; Software debugging; Project management.
