Description and Requirements


The Nordic Workstation BDM for SMB will play a key role in accelerating Lenovo Workstation growth across the Nordic SMB channel, with a strong focus on partner development, enablement, and execution of strategic business programs. Reporting to the Nordic Workstation Manager, this position works closely with Product Management (4P), country specialists, distributors, resellers, and SMB sales teams across the region. The ideal candidate combines business development expertise, channel sales experience, and an interest in workstation technologies. The role has a Nordic scope, requires approximately 50% travel, and supports a hybrid work model.


What You Will Do:


  • Drive growth initiatives and dedicated workstation programs with resellers and distributors across the Nordic region.
  • Develop and execute partner business plans with clear objectives, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners to expand Lenovo Workstation market share and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and specialist teams to optimize go-to-market activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, competitive insights, and customer trends.
  • Monitor territory performance and maintain accurate reporting on program execution and business development activities.
  • Lead partner enablement activities by educating the channel on workstation solutions, technologies, and value propositions.
  • Represent Lenovo at partner events, meetings, and industry engagements to strengthen brand presence and partner advocacy.

What We Look For:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales, channel, or business development experience, preferably within the technology industry.
  • Experience developing and executing partner-focused business development plans and growth strategies.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales models, reseller ecosystems, and distributor relationships.
  • Interest in technology and ability to discuss workstation solutions and related technologies with partners and customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Swedish.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across the Nordic region.
