The ecommerce logistics specialist core accountability is to ensure consumers receive orders with a best-in-class experience. To do this, he/she will be responsible for driving end-to-end order management including supervising pricing & promos, managing inventory planning, forecasting, logistics, consumer delivery process and last mile fulfillment. Critical to executing these tasks, he/she will need to interface closely with IT and have a working knowledge of IT systems, processes, and high-level operations as well as work to improve overall operations through analytics, reporting and performance tracking is critical.


• Building and modeling the supply and demand capacity plan on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to achieve shipped sales targets

• Forecast and project inventory levels, submitting purchase orders recommendations to satisfy back-ordered units and replenishment reorders

· Audit current eCommerce vendors’ performances, service, and budgets

• Working with Customer Engagement and Business Support teams to understand customer feedback and communicate remedy or solutions to fulfillment, service, and delivery issues

• Participate and support new product launches ("war room" initiatives, initial daily sales tracking, troubleshooting, etc.)

Position Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Computer Science or related

• At least one year of experience utilizing data analytics skill set (Excel, Google Sheets) in a professional environment

• Strong proficiency in Tableau, Datastudio, Salesforce and Google Analytics including building dashboards

• Experience working with multiple eCommerce platforms

• Strong fundamentals in SQL

• Previous experience working with IT teams and IT systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• MS in Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering or Business

• One year of work experience in ecommerce or web marketing space

• Working experience in retail, telecom, tech industries/functions

• Previous Experience working with BigQuery

• Strong fundamentals/understanding in one of the following languages: R, Python, Java, C++ or similar

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Business analytics and project management skills

• Self-sufficiency in their ability to manage multiple projects, tasks and deadlines
