Description and Requirements

Take lead tech. team (include ME/Thermal/EE/BMC/BIOS) to do the system design and System design review. •Documents maintain: responsible for system related documents include system spec, system design review checklist, T3 and etc. •Defect management: take lead tech team to do the bug review and management, responsible for system level defect isolation and solving. •Responsible for product update and maintain in product lifecycle to make sure product issue could be solved on time. Relocation Provided: No/否 Position Requirements: •Bachelor or Master degree of EE, computer science or other similar major; •Ideally has +8 years working experience of high-volume server system design; •Familiar with server architecture and working principle; •Rich experience on system debug and leading complex issue analysis with EE, BIOS, BMC, engineer etc; •Fluently English communication skill with internal team and external vendor; •PMI (Project Management Institute) PMP certified or equivalent Project Management Skill is a plus; •Eager to learn, explore new technologies, have innovative spirit. •Can influent top management, be active, work well under pressure.
