We are seeking a Solutions & Services Inside Sales - Config & Deploy to partner with our Account Sales Team and wider Services sales team in driving customer success through the design, configuration, and deployment of PC and Data Center configuration and deployment services. Your will be reporting to our SSG Market Leader of Central Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

This role is open in Bratislava, Bucharest, Belgrade, Madrid and Milan - whenever is most suitable for the right candidate.

Professional working fluency in either French, Spanish, or Italian is required for this role.

What You Will do:

• Conduct customer discovery sessions, sales & technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution workshops. 
• Partner with Account Managers and Sales Representatives to identify customer business and technical requirements, 
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle  
• Support sales opportunities by providing technical expertise and solution recommendations,  
• Position configuration and deployment services for PC, workstation, server, storage solutions,  
• Propose solution architectures, technical proposals, and service scope,  
• Validate solution compatibility, scalability, and alignment with customer requirements,  
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure technically accurate and competitive solutions. 

Key requirements are: 

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 
• 5+ years of experience in sales, pre-sales, systems engineering, or infrastructure solutions,  
• Knowledge of PC, server, storage technologies,  
• Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment with sales, technical, and delivery teams,  
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required,  
• Fluency in at least one of the following languages is required: French, Spanish, or Italian.
