For our location in Zurich/Geneva, we are looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager for the Swiss Mid Market customers.

In this function, you are responsible for establishing and expanding customer relationships with all assigned medium-sized customers. Your strengths lie in the commercial activity on the phone, via video and e-mails, in order to successfully design all sales phases until completion. In this role , your focus is on acquiring new customers in your territory and developing and supporting the existing customer base.

Your responsibilities include:

• Identification and qualification of new customer projects through active telephone calls

• Targeted management of customer relationships with a focus on increasing sales and profits

• Presentation of the product portfolio taking into account individual customer requirements

• Product selection and configuration according to customer requirements

• Preparation and follow-up of offers including pricing until project completion

• Pipeline-Management

• Quarterly and activity planning within the assigned customers to achieve targets

• Cooperation with business partners and the Lenovo external service

• Independent processing of customer inquiries and cooperation with international teams

• Documentation and tracking of telephone activities in the CRM system
