Description and Requirements

We are looking for a recognized expert in mobile sales will be accountable for the development of the Motorola business in France. We have ambitious growth plans and this is a new position to support them! 

You will report to our General Manager for the business segment and your key areas of responsibilities are to:

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities in and the right route to market
  • Identify (Acquire) and develop (Grow) partners to address market needs and support Motorola's expansion
  • Build programs to accelerate growth and achieve financials targets;
  • Build action plans with each segment leader to develop our share of wallet;
  • Build effective relationships with the Country/Region Sales team & Management;
  • Interact with the EMEA and local teams to get insights on our competitive position;
  • Maintain expertise on focus product and overall industry trends;
  • Interface with Marketing to have the right marketing mix in place at regional level.

What do we expect from you?

  • Minimum of 7+ years experience in business development / sales role in the mobile industry
  • Proven track record in sales of volume products
  • Track of record in building and executing business development plans
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English and French
