◇Job Description◇

■ Summary

Responsible for Commercial DT business development, managing key accounts, marketing, sales of both broad-based and niche logistics services including performing market research, prospecting, developing relationships with potential customers and meeting sales targets:

  • Increase share-of-wallet of current customer & partner accounts while acquiring new ones
  • Identify and develop new markets with new business opportunities to grow DT line of business
  • Drive effective C-level engagement, nurture and build relationships with key customers & partners
  • Provide insights and thought leadership to ease customer decision on product/solution selections and proactively resolve customer mission-critical issues

■ Roles and Responsibilities

【Business Planning & Development】

  • Involve in customer purchase planning and manage relationships with senior level decision makers & technical teams to influence purchase decision
  • Develop growth strategies to focus on both share and financial gains
  • Help sales build GTM strategies/plans to grow product line business and deliver targets
  • Design customer & partner programs with tracking and assist sales to execute
  • Profile customer & partner accounts and drive LOB expansion & conversion to gain SOW
  • Involve in sales’ account planning exercise and follow through with executions
  • Identify new business opportunities with customer needs and build pipelines
  • Develop vertical/channel growth opportunities and drive actionable plans to convert them into business outcome

【Product Advocate】

  • As an advocate to promote Lenovo Commercial DT and help deliver product & solution value proposition
  • As a consultant to compliment sales with consultive selling for the complete portfolio
  • As a technical advisor for the sales to help address customers’ & partners’ pain points, resolve problems, and answer any product related requests & questions

【Sales Support & Customer /Partner Engagement】

  • Provide industry trends, insights, product, and solution updates to customers/partners
  • Engage regularly at customer/partner sites and deliver high-impact presentations
  • Nurture and develop relationships with customers & partners and provide trustworthy inputs with after-sales support
  • Work side-by-side with sales to support new business opportunities or existing pipelines and help drive conversions


■ Experience

  • 15+ years of relevant or equivalent work experiences in a multinational company or PC industry with knowledge of Commercial PC or related products
  • Business growth track-record with good understanding of the local market
  • Manufacture or other vertical & channel experiences preferred

■ Skills

  • Ability to work independently & be guided by sales objectives
  • Accountable for daily biz planning, development & management
  • Capable of managing C-level engagement and influencing decision making
  • Strong business planning and development capability
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, negotiation/influencing skill

  • Undergraduate degree
  • MBA/Graduate degree preferred
