Lead AI-Driven IT Strategy and Infrastructure for the Development Organization

Develop and drive the AI-driven IT strategy for the development organization, ensuring alignment with corporate and global IT strategies. Lead the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of the IT landscape, including applications, infrastructure, and cloud platforms.

Design and Manage Enterprise IT Architecture

Design, implement, and operate scalable, sustainable, and secure IT architecture by leveraging internal systems, cloud services, and enterprise IT tools. Ensure the technology environment effectively supports the organization's long-term business objectives.

Build Data Platforms and Drive AI Adoption

Establish a unified data platform by integrating and visualizing data across the development organization. Enable data-driven decision-making and accelerate AI adoption by building a common foundation that supports advanced analytics and AI-powered business transformation.

Drive IT Governance and Cross-Functional Transformation

Partner with Global IT and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen IT governance, information security, and IT investment management. Lead organization-wide process standardization and digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and business agility.

Support Executive Decision-Making

Communicate the value and business impact of IT, data, and AI initiatives by providing strategic insights, investment analyses, and recommendations to senior leadership. Drive transformation across the development organization through data-driven decision support and technology innovation.
