Description and Requirements

Organization 
- Report to :  eCommerce Japan Leader
- Subordinates : NA
-       This position is responsible for Japan and AP eCommerce NEC 4P and sales operations

Overall responsibilities
- Responsible for 4P operations to grow No,1 profit source in NEC eCommerce Sales, especially for Tablet & the 1st / 3rd party peripherals and attached services. 4P includes building strategy of pricing, channel assortment, supply & inventory management.
- Extend the support for supply and inventory management to all NEC products, by co-working with existing 4P manager for NEC PC products, by co-working with back-end fulfilment team who manages inventory operations in logistics team.
- Work with Retail segment team and optimize 4P strategy to maximize eCommerce Rev and profit by defining win-win product assortment strategy and setting appropriate prices avoiding conflict with Retail and Commercial business.
- Introduce new profit source to NEC eCommerce business by leveraging Japan Retail & Commercial best practices or Lenovo WW/AP/Japan practices.

Responsibilities:
- Develop eCommerce Tablet and peripherals sales planning and execute them together with Online / Offline Sales team
- Manage daily pricing for Tablet & peripherals based on competitors’ situation and internal Retail & Commercial pricing.
- Build assortment strategy for Tablet & peripherals by considering Retail & Commercial line-up, to maximize eCommerce Rev and profit
- Optimize supply forecast and physical inventories and minimize aging risk for all PC products including Tablet
- Proactively analyzes sales and market data, including: key metrics and KPIs, campaign tracking and analysis, and ad hoc strategic analysis. Make suggestions with key findings to sales route owners, PC 4P manager and marketing manager to meet expected sales target.
- Leverage Global eCommerce resource and propose quality use of Global eCommerce shared platform and tools while having great familiarity w/ them.
- Introduce strategic project to drive key initiatives for growth / profitability

Basic Requirements:
5-plus years in business development or similar role experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Marketing or related degree.―>(マストではない)
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent systems skills including Excel & PowerPoint are required.
