About the role:


As the Global Senior Marketing manager you will be responsible for developing measured, scalable and breakthrough global integrated communication strategies, plans and campaigns for global initiatives; by leveraging local and global insights. 

You will own the development of integrated campaigns guided by the local plans, working closely with creative, media and channel partners from ideation through execution, and partner with product marketing, local marketing, Social and Digital as well as PR teams to develop testing and learning plans, understand the performance of their work and leverage learnings to inform future work.

Ultimately, the objectives are to ensure the brand is up to speed and leading in a fast-changing digital world and that it is set up to lead in the future. Throughout this, you will be encouraged to bring fresh thinking to shake up the way we do things with a test-and-learn approach.

Telling a compelling, unique brand story consistently and efficiently around the globe is at the heart of our work. You will help transform this iconic brand into an emotionally engaged relevant 21st-century brand leader through your unparalleled ability to organize and manage projects at a fast pace while mutlti-tasking, your knowledge of a social first marketing landscape and your innate passion for inclusivity and purpose-forward brand building. You’ll engage cross-functional disciplines to launch award-winning brand campaigns and communications. 

Key Components Of The Role

  • Lead the development of fully integrated campaigns, leading and driving collaboration with a sizable team of cross-functional partners, inclusive of business, onsite, project management, paid media, creative, PR, and beyond.

  • Manage multi-marketplace creative asset development & delivery;

    • Ownership of integrated communications brief & plans; oversight of all aspects of the campaign process from strategy to ideation to execution to measurement

  • Work in partnership with research & insights teams to design learning agendas and measurement for integrated communications plans;

  • Develop and manage relationships with key country partners, developing a deep understanding of country goals, strategies, insights and opportunities,

  • Lead integrated communication plan and campaign meetings and reviews with senior leaders & stakeholders and global partners; manage multi-market creative asset development & delivery 


Minimum Qualifications
  • BA required

  • 8+ years of integrated brand management and campaign development in any industry, tech preferred

  • Strong communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and excellent interpersonal skills

  • Above average project management skills

  • Strong time management skills

  • Enthusiasm for brand marketing

  • Demonstrated educational or professional international experience

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (15-25%)

  • Leverage organization, project management, curiosity and brand knowledge to coordinate team dedicated to lifting brand’s relevance around the world
