Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Product Management Manager that will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, analyzing market trends and coordinating the development of products and services in B2B. This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including strategy, marketing, design and engineering to ensure the successful development of business. This role will also have a close contact with sales teams in order to address needs, manage customers expectations and provide technical support. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, technical background and a proven track record in business development.

 

Key Responsibilities

The Product Management Manager will have end to end responsibilities which includes business requirements analysis, planning, development, tests, execution and support of B2B solutions. Key responsibilities will include 

  • Analyze customer needs, pain points, key market trends and define solutions;

  • Increase business and enterprises engagement, managing the solutions development and roadmap; 

  • Follow up solutions usage, metrics and performance for optimizing them for revenue generation

  • Define product vision, value proposition, key selling points, requirements and KPIs; 

  • Align multiple internal teams toward the development of business solutions;

  • Provide technical documentation and presentations;

  • Work closely with sales teams to technically support our customers doubts and needs;

  • Drive focus on product goals and action at each development milestone to ensure that solutions remains competitive and meets customer expectation;

  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new services, including positioning and messaging;

  • Continuously monitor market trends and adjust the roadmap as necessary.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or correlated areas. A Master’s degree is preferred.

  • Proven record of success in business / product / project development management or related field; minimum 8+ years related experience

  • Experience in software industries;

  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities;

  • Highly effective communication and negotiation skills;

  • Advanced English;

  • Past experience with Android Enterprise, EMM / MDM solutions and B2B services is a plus.
