Roles and responsibilities

1.      Lead Lenovo Japan (ThinkPad, Yoga, ideapad, Legion and other brands) as well as NEC PC (LAVIE brand) media efforts, from insight to reporting.

2.      Manage relationship and workflow with media agencies and lead project progress

3.      Serve as the organization’s media liaison by engaging media partners.

4.      Create digital media knowledge hub for Lenovo Japan Group, and drive improvement of media use efficiency by centralizing and analyzing information from external and internal database

5.      Collaborate with multiple functions and business units across B2C and B2B market to identify new opportunities for organizational efficiency or business growth, and execute new initiatives

6.      Localize global campaign concept and transform messaging and media strategy in local context and algin with all internal stakeholders as well as external partners

Key Interaction with:

1.      Media partners for both B2B and B2C business, etc

2.      Media agencies for integrated media campaigns

3.      Global and regional media teams at Lenovo

4.      Consumer and commercial MKTG teams and brand managers

5.      Japan B2B and B2C sales and business teams

6.      Alliance Partners Intel & Microsoft

Must have - essential:

Experience directly working with or in media agency and/or media companies

End-to-end ownership of digital media campaigns

Excellent Japanese communication skills

Live with ambiguous environment

Great skills at Microsoft Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

Good to have - desirable:

B2B and B2C marketing campaign execution experience

Advertising agency work experience

Telework experience

Microsoft TeamsExcellent English verbal and written skills

People management skills
