职位描述和要求:

  • Lead the engineering implementation of core agent capabilities on the device side.

  • Advance task orchestration, tool invocation, memory management, context control, and multi-scenario integration.

  • Explore the extension of agent capabilities from screen manipulation to device control.

  • Support key business initiatives from PoC to large-scale deployment.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.

  • 4+ years of relevant experience.

  • Proficient in LLM/Agent application development, prompt engineering, and workflow design.

  • Familiar with the MCP protocol, skill registration mechanisms, function calling, and the ReAct pattern.

  • Knowledge of mainstream agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, etc.).

  • Experience with on-device or mobile engineering, with the ability to independently drive the implementation of complex agent functionalities, as well as performance and stability optimization.
