职位描述和要求:

We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented audio engineer for Smart Wearables to join our team. This role focuses on the research, design, development, and optimization of acoustic systems for smart wearable devices, including but not limited to TWS earbuds, smart headphones, audio glasses, wearable health monitors with audio functions, and smart wearables with voice interaction. You will be responsible for ensuring superior acoustic performance, optimal user experience, and technical feasibility of acoustic solutions, integrating seamlessly with the overall product design and functionality of smart wearables.

Job Responsibilities

         Design, develop, and optimize acoustic systems for smart wearable devices, including speaker/microphone selection, acoustic cavity design, sound tuning, and noise control, to achieve excellent audio quality, clarity, and consistency.

         Conduct acoustic testing, validation, and debugging using professional tools (e.g., Audio Precision, SoundCheck, Klippel, HATS) to evaluate performance indicators such as frequency response, sensitivity, distortion, signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), and speech intelligibility.

         Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware design, software engineering, product management, industrial design) to integrate acoustic solutions into smart wearable form factors, ensuring compatibility with device size, power consumption, and user usage scenarios.

         Optimize acoustic algorithms and parameters (e.g., equalization, gain control, echo cancellation) in coordination with software and AI teams, to adapt to the specific constraints and usage scenarios of smart wearables (e.g., portability, long-term wearing comfort).

Job Requirements

         Bachelor’s degree or higher in Acoustical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; master’s degree is preferred, with a focus on acoustic design or smart wearable technologies.

         2+ years of professional experience in acoustic engineering, with a proven track record in smart wearable devices (TWS earbuds, smart headphones, etc.) or consumer audio products; experience in acoustic system design and tuning for small-form-factor devices is a strong plus.

         Proficiency in using professional acoustic testing tools and equipment (e.g., Audio Precision, SoundCheck, Klippel, HATS) and experience in conducting objective and subjective acoustic performance testing and evaluation.

         Basic understanding of embedded software and audio algorithms (e.g., ANC, echo cancellation, equalization) and the ability to collaborate effectively with software and AI teams to optimize acoustic performance.

         Strong communication skills, both written and verbal English, to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers.
