We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role will be critical in enhancing our operational efficiency and strategic decision-making through robust reporting, meticulous project management, and effective data governance. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving reporting automation, ensuring data accuracy for critical cost analysis, and supporting the tracking and execution of strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

· Process Optimization: Identify, analyze, and optimize existing business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational effectiveness. Document workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose scalable solutions.

· Reporting Automation: Design, develop, and implement automated reporting solutions to streamline data delivery and enhance insights for various business stakeholders. This includes identifying opportunities for automation, selecting appropriate tools, and maintaining automated report infrastructures.

· Cost Data Cleanup: Lead efforts in cleaning, validating, and maintaining CSP (Cloud Service Provider) cost data to ensure accuracy and reliability for financial analysis and strategic planning. Collaborate with relevant teams to establish best practices for data integrity.

· PMO and Strategic Projects Tracking: Support the Program Management Office (PMO) function by tracking the progress of strategic projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and deliverables. This involves maintaining project documentation, coordinating updates, and identifying potential risks or roadblocks.

· Key BMS (Business Management System) Support: Provide critical support for key Business Management System (BMS) processes, ensuring data input accuracy, generating relevant reports, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the system for strategic project reviews.

· AI Integration & Optimization: Explore and recommend opportunities to integrate AI-driven solutions into operational workflows to enhance efficiency, automation, and predictive capabilities.

Job Requirements:
