Responsibilities:
1. Order management which cover NPI Material Planning (included PR-Purchase Request create/ PO-Production Order revise/ PO cancellation and manually sent PO to supplier);
2. Weekly shortage report execution (within 2 working days );
3. Daily shipment tracking for gating parts(ETA-Estimated Time of Arrival base tracking);
4. Abnormal handling of incoming materials(Including damaged file error etc);
5. RMA-Return Material Authorization management(RTV-Return to Vendor or reverse for Lenovo Owned Inventory/Supplier Owned Inventory stock);
6. Report related(Aged orders NPI daily PR/PO tracking Customs application etc);
Requirements:
1. 0-3 years' working experience in Procurement/Supply Chain.
2. Bachelor's Degree or above.
3. Solid English skills.
