岗位职责/Job Responsibilities:

1. Finance Reporting Transformation

• Lead end-to-end transformation of internal management reporting, shifting from static reporting to driver-based, insight-driven analytics
• Redesign reporting frameworks aligned with business value chain (Pipeline → Order → Revenue → Expense → Inventory)
• Standardize and optimize reporting processes across regions and functions

2. AI-driven Financial Analytics & Forecasting

• Design and enable AI-powered financial analysis capabilities, including:
  • Predictive forecasting (revenue / margin / expense)
  • Scenario simulation & driver-based planning
  • Anomaly detection and root cause analysis
• Partner with IT and data teams to embed AI/ML models into finance processes (e.g., Databricks, AI copilots, analytics platforms)

3. Business Process Design & Digital Solution Delivery

• Lead business requirement definition and translate into scalable digital solutions
• Collaborate with IT on system architecture and data models for finance reporting & analytics
• Drive end-to-end delivery (design → build → UAT → adoption)

4. Stakeholder Engagement & Business Adoption

• Act as a bridge between Finance, DT, and IT teams
• Drive adoption through change management, training, and communication
• Support senior stakeholders (CFO / FP&A leads) with actionable insights

5. Data Foundation & Governance

• Define data requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise data models
• Promote data governance and data quality improvements for reporting & analytics
• Enable a scalable data foundation for AI-driven finance use cases

岗位要求/Job Requirements： 

• 5+ years in Finance (FP&A, Controlling, Reporting, or Analytics)
• 3+ years in digital transformation or finance system/process optimization
• Solid understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and management reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML applications in finance analytics (forecasting, anomaly detection, NLP insights, etc.)
• Familiarity with data platforms and tools (e.g., Power BI, Databricks, SQL, Python)
• Experience in enterprise finance systems (ERP, EPM, BI platforms)
• Strong ability to translate business needs into digital/technical solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment
