l Excellent command of the English Language, written and spoken

l Ability to close issues in a non-confrontational manner
3. Project management skills:
l Ability to multi-task
l Ability to clearly identify, communicate, and track the responsibilities, and deliverables required of the various budget teams
l Ability to manage colleagues to a time schedule;
4. Issues Resolution:
l Ability to close issues with minimal management attention:
l When mgmt intervention is required, be sure that all of the facts of the issue are well understand and agreed to by all parties.
l Ability to highlight issues to be resolved in a simple manner, and be able to prepare options/recommendation.
5. Presentations:
l Be able to prepare executive level presentations (net and to the point)
l Ability to net complex issues into their key components, with focus on the facts, and issue to be resolved. Present the facts in such a manner that our executives can quickly assess the required information, and make decisions as necessary from the charts as presented.
6. Flexibility:
l Ability to work long days as necessary and take WW calls with our colleagues during the evening hours.
7. Creativity:
l Ability to look for new and better ways of doing the analysis.
