职位描述和要求:

Responsibilities Description

--General Requirement
•Thorough understanding of policies, procedures and processes in disbursement or partner compensation area; general knowledge of downstream and upstream areas
•Comprehensive understanding of budgeting, accrual, accounting
•Interface with various executive and non executive internal financial and non-financial customers daily
--Management responsibilities
•Lead a small team (2 ~ 8)
•Guide team to solve routine problems associated with day-to-day job duties
•In addition to people management responsibilities, contribute to the department’s resource planning and budget
--Operation Responsibility
•Coordinate E2E GTN process (e.g., budget, closing, calculation, payment); well understand system logic, E2E workflow for AP
•Build and maintain process & system controls
•Identify opportunities of system enhancement, coordinate requirements from different stakeholders, propose solutions and drive further system deployment
•Lead and drive GTN transformation or related projects, focusing on business workflow, process standardization, GTN related systems (e.g. SDMS, CHM, LPH)
•Analyze complex problems; coordinate financial and business inputs
•Review team members’ operations basing on a timely manner; ensure processes under well control (e.g. any violations of DOA, reconciliation result, ending balance)
•Review CoS performance and productivity, drive E2E process to meet SLA
•Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations
•Advisory of program design basing on business and finance requirement
•Perform extensive analysis for senior leadership review; propose a recommendation
•Design, execute and deliver simple investigations without supervision

Talent Requirements

--Experience
•At least 8 years of working experiences in sales rebate and related area (Finance or Accounting background is a plus)
•Project management experience is required
--Education
•Bachelor, Master + (Major in Business/Accounting/Math/Computer Science preferred)
--Soft Skill
•Creative problem solving and critical thinking skill
•Possess good persuasiveness and negotiation skills
•Ability to work in team
•Strong communication and presentation skill
•Fluent speaking and writing in English and Mandarin
•Ability to work well under pressure, comfortable with ambiguity, detail-oriented
--Technical Skill
•Knowledge of disbursement, BP or Sales compensation;
•Good at Microsoft office, especially at Excel and PPT
•Good with SAP will be a plus
•Good with visualization tool (Power BI will be a plus)
